So this works for everyone

A few simple rules so the hostel works well for everyone.

Can friends come up to my room?

Only if you book the whole room together. We have options for groups of 4, 6, 8 and up to 10. People from outside the hostel are not allowed in without that.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is at reception. If you're running late, let us know by email or WhatsApp: if we don't hear from you before 05:00 the day after your expected arrival, we'll cancel the booking under its conditions.

If you arrive early, we'll keep your luggage at reception while we get the room ready. Late check-out is also available for an extra fee.

The deposit and the house rules

We ask for a deposit of €15 per person per stay, or €30 for weekly stays, returned in full on departure if these rules are respected:

Do not damage, modify or move the furniture.
No smoking anywhere inside.
Do not disturb other guests, including when coming back from a night out.
Do not store or consume food or drink in the rooms.
No pets, except guide dogs.
Do not hang objects from balconies or throw anything out of the windows.
No excessive noise outside the permitted hours.
Do not invite anyone without a corresponding booking.

Silence and under-18s

From 23:00 there is absolute silence: the rooms are for resting. We also ask for respect towards the staff and that corridors and beds are kept clear for cleaning.

Minors are welcome as long as they stay in a private room or share with their legal guardians, providing the usual details at check-in.
