Of course. To make sure you're together, the best option is to book a whole room: we have private rooms for groups of 4, 6, 8 or up to 10, subject to availability. Write to us if you need help booking together.

At the hostel reception. By law we register some details of every guest, including minors: full name, date of birth, nationality and ID; address and phone; arrival and departure dates with room number; and, for minors, their relationship to the accompanying adult. MadVibes guarantees the protection and confidentiality of that data.

Yes, a credit-card deposit is taken on arrival to ensure the hostel is looked after and everyone gets along. It is released on departure if everything is in order.

Let us know by email or WhatsApp so we keep your booking active. If we don't hear from you before 08:00 the day after your expected arrival, we'll assume you're not coming and cancel the booking under its conditions.

You can leave your luggage at reception and go out to explore while we get your bed or room ready.

We offer late check-out for an extra fee, subject to availability — ask at reception on the day. If you've already checked out and want to keep exploring Madrid, you can leave your bags with us.

Every room has an individual drawer under the bed. You can use your own padlock or buy one at reception.

That every room, shared ones included, has its own bathroom inside with shower, sink and toilet. No going out to the corridor and no sharing with other rooms.

A small towel is included in your stay. If you'd rather have a large one for the shower, it's €3 at reception.

Yes. Reception is open 24 hours. We only ask that you respect the silence in the rooms from 23:00.

The maximum stay is 14 consecutive nights, and to book again at least two months must pass since your last departure.
